This is a Faithful Saying

This is a FAITHFUL saying!

I Timothy 1:15 "This is a faithful saying,"

This is an expression which can be found throughout the New Testament. It is an expression which was used by the early church to describe portions and principles of scripture that early Christians would commit to memory as a means of helping them along their journey of this Christian life.

I've always loved wordplay, and so the pun of this phrase is evident given that the title of this blog coincides with the name of the writer. However, more than my fascination with words, and wordplay, is my passion for THE WORD...the Living Word of Almighty God. My intention with this blog is not to relate humorous anecdotes of my life, or to prescribe a list of should's and should not's to make your life more fulfilling...there are other much more capable writers, and more developed blogs for that :). My intention is to simply share SOME of the wisdom and truth that God is revealing to me through scripture. For some these insights may be brand new, and I hope that reading this blog excites you and further ignites a passion for The Word in your life. For others, this blog may serve as a refreshing reminder of the simple truths found in the Word of God and reading this blog will strengthen the foundation of your walk with Him.

Whatever category you fall into, my hope is that with each post, you will draw progressively closer to my Jesus and the abundant life He desires for You to have.
